Booking In:
All services require a credit card to guarantee an appointment time including services intending to be paid with a Gift Certificate or cash. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation OR no-show.
Early Arrival:
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. New clients or new services to existing clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored into your appointment time so that you do not have to arrive earlier. Arriving early does not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. Please call ahead to check if your service can be started before your scheduled time.
Late Arrival:
We Understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for your appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for our client’s time, we cannot guarantee full-service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.
Consultation:
All consultations are free. Depending on the service being done they are either done prior to the treatment date or during the allotted time to fill out forms.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service. Lost or stolen Gift Cards/Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or replaced. Promotional deals cannot be combined with any discounted services, products, packages, or series of treatments. All sales are final. All funds are in Canadian (CAD) dollars.
Product Return Policy:
Products must be returned within 7 days after purchase. Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in a resell able condition. All returns must show receipt of purchase. Please message the spa immediately if you have any concerns or questions with the products you purchased so that the spa can address any product issues quickly. OPENED OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Cancellation Policy/Booking Fee:
Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our technicians with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time.
No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 24 hours of your appointment time, will be charged a rescheduling fee the day of the appointment. Time slots 1 hour or less will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee, while 1 hour or longer slots will be charged $100 rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy:
Packages: All packages purchased are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. We are unable to process any returns for purchased packages or prepaid series of treatments. Lotus Skin and Laser will make an effort to exchange the purchased package or prepaid series of treatments for an equal or lesser valued spa service offered at our location.
Package charges must be paid upon first session.
Payment: we accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or traveler’s checks. Cash is accepted but you must have exact change for your service, series of treatments, product, etc. and the GST. Lotus Skin and Laser does not have a cash drawer and will not provide change.
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all services are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointment/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or please keep them with you at all times. Lotus Skin and Laser is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
